I’m still in the progress to find out more about what’s my research proposal.
In short, I’m trying to look for alternatives to teach vectors (Something not chalk and talk) in a way that helps students excel in vectors.

My research proposal is too wide hence I’m going to narrow it. Originally it is about ” To investigate on why lower achiever students in secondary schools are having poor grade in Mathematics tests or examinations and the possible steps that can be taken to improve their grade”. I’m going to concentrate on 1 maths topic only i.e. Algebra.

Hi..I’m interested in the terms ‘Didactic’ Vs. ‘Mathetic’ which means the art (or some people say the science) of teaching and learning maths in class. I’ll be getting recommendations from Maths HODs to observe lessons taught by experienced ‘good’ teachers, but I still need to find a specific topic to narrow my research area.. I expect to learn good tricks / techniques to be implemented in my class later on..

My summary is about “The impact of Midlle-Grades Mathematics Curriculum and the classroom learning environment on student Achievement”
The influence of textbook, learning environment, teachers professional development are the main aim of the reaserch. The researcher found out by compare and contrast the influence mentioned could relate to the students achievement in mahtematics. Measurement by using 2 test of Balanced Assessment in Mathematics (BAM) and the TerraNova survey (TNS) is used.
